In recent years the association has kept these meetings focused on a specific topic. It has been at least 3 years since we have allowed for an "open mic" sort of format with our public officials. We are overdue offering you the chance to speak directly to officials and have some two-way conversation. The meeting will be in the basement of Temple Beth-El @ 3330 Grove. The schedule will look roughly like this:
6:00-6:20 p.m. Mingling & Refreshments
6:20-8:00 p.m. Presentations/Questions
8:00-8:30 p.m. Mingling & Refreshments
The MDA works with like community organizations and the City of Richmond to ensure your voice is heard. Town Hall Meetings provide a forum for you to learn more, ask questions and provide input. Please plan to attend these important meetings which are open to all residents and business owners in the Museum District. For planning purposes, please let us know when you plan to attend.
This forum allows the MDA Board of Directors to better understand what is important to residents and business owners. Representatives from the Police Department, Fire Department, and our elected officials are always invited.
