Tue., January 17 - City Real Estate Taxes Due
The Museum District Associated was notified yesterday afternoon about the City's Real Estate Tax deadline Tuesday, January 17th. The City bills residents twice a year for real estate taxes and some residents were concerned because they have not received a bill.
The notices were apparently sent out before Christmas from the Department of Finance. If you pay into an escrow account through your mortgage company, you would not have received a tax bill as the mortgage company will handle the tax payment. If you do not pay through an escrow account or did not receive a bill, contact Tony Leone at 804-646-6687 in the Finance Department if you have questions.
