Mandatory Water Conservation Restrictions Have Been Lifted!
The City of Richmond lifted mandatory water conservation measures, effective Thursday, September 11. Additionally, voluntary water conservation measures have also been lifted, but it is important that all citizens continue to use water wisely and be mindful of the importance of conserving this critical natural resource.
